AI Analyze integration steps for Conga Contracts for Salesforce.

To integrate AI Analyze with Conga Contracts for Salesforce, take the following steps:

  1. Go to the Conga Contracts Setup tab in the Salesforce instance that the user wants integrate with their AI Analyze environment with.
  2. Under Platforms in the left column, click General.
  3. Enable the External File Storage toggle, and click Save. This will allows files to move over from Conga AI Analyze into Conga Contracts for Salesforce.
  4. Click Connections under the Platforms section.
  5. Click the Connect button to establish a connection between Salesforce and the Conga Platform where AI Analyze lives. Follow the prompts to finish setting up the connection to the Conga Platform.
  6. Click New External Connection under the New External Connections section.

  7. Assign a Friendly Name to the AI Analyze system connection in this step. Conga recommends using something easily distinguishable, such as Acme Inc. Production AI or Acme Inc. Sandbox AI depending on the Salesforce environment the user is integrating with.
  8. Select AI Analyze as the system.
  9. Select Generate New Code. 

  10. Copy the generated 6-digit code.
  11. Keep this Salesforce page open in the browser, as the user needs to refer back to it in a few steps. In a separate tab, return to the AI Analyze application.
  12. Switch to the browser tab that has the AI Analyze application open.
  13. Click the Gear icon at the top right corner of the application.
  14. Click the CLM Integration link from the left column. 

  15. Assign a friendly name to the Salesforce system by entering a Friendly Name for the connection on the AI Analyze side. For example, ACME Salesforce Production or ACME Salesforce Sandbox.
  16. Select Salesforce as the system type.
  17. Paste the 6-digit code into the Authorization Code box.
  18. Return to the browser tab that has the Salesforce Conga Contracts Setup page open.
  19. Click Connect in the New External Connection section.
  20. Conga AI Analyze is successfully integrated with Salesforce.
