Multi‑Organization Navigation

Setting the Default Organization

Users must be onboarded with the same Identity Provider and have the same External ID (Federation ID) across all required organizations.

Note:

Organization switching works with all Identity Providers (Conga IdP, SAML SSO, and Microsoft Entra) except Salesforce and Salesforce Sandbox.

This task describes how to set a default organization from your list of associated organizations. When you set a default, the system automatically directs you to that organization each time you log in, providing a seamless and consistent experience.
  1. Click your profile icon at the top right of the page.
  2. Select the Change Organization option.
  3. Select the organization you want to make the default.
  4. Click Set as Default.
  5. From the confirmation dialog, click Submit.
The selected organization is set as the default. To help identify it, the application displays a Default tag with a yellow background.
