Downloading Telemetry Logs

Telemetry Logs are exported. For more information, see Exporting Telemetry Logs.
The Export History feature provides a complete view of recent telemetry log exports performed by the user. It allows you to track the status of each export and download the exported files at your convenience, without needing to repeat the export process.
  1. Click the Export History button located at the top-right corner of the logs list.

The Export History page opens, which displays a list of all your export activities.

  2. For each exported log file, you can view the following details:
    • Date and time when the export was initiated

    • ID and file name of the exported logs

    • Export status (In Progress or Completed)

    • Download button (enabled once the export is completed)

  3. Click the Refresh button to refresh the export history list and status.
  4. Click the Download button next to the desired file to save it locally.
    Note:

Download file size for telemetry logs should not exceed 5 MB limit. To prevent download errors, consider applying filters or narrowing the date range to ensure the exported file remains within this size limit.

The log file is now available locally for offline review, sharing, or archival purposes.
