Activating or Deactivating Users

An administrator can activate or deactivate existing users from the user details page. Users can be granted role-based activation and deactivation access. A deactivated user cannot log in to the Conga Advantage Platform Administration portal.
Note: When there is an integration between the Advantage Platform and Salesforce, the user's status automatically syncs from Salesforce during the daily data update. Any manual change to the user's status on the Platform is overwritten by the Salesforce status in the next sync. If you use only the Advantage Platform, you can manually activate or deactivate users.
  1. Log in to the Conga Advantage Platform as an administrator.
  2. Click the App Launcher () icon from the top-left corner, then Admin Console > Users.

    A list of users is displayed.

  3. Click the More () icon next to the user name and select Activate or Deactivate.
