AiMe Administration

These administrative tasks are common to all AiMe instances.

AiMe Actions Dashboard

What you need to know, in the way you need it presented

As an administrator, you need to be able to keep an eye on how your users are interacting with Conga's services. For this reason, Conga offers a dashboard to help you monitor AiMe actions and trends for the platform and for the business verticals that your company works in.

Accessing Reports and Dashboards

  1. Open the Reports and Dashboards page.
    • From Conga's Modern UI, click Reports And Dashboards in the left navigation bar.
    • From Conga's Classic UI, click the Apps icon (), then the Reports and Dashboards tile.
The Reports and Dashboards page appears.
  2. From the Reports and Dashboards page, you can select reports that reflect the current status of your Conga services.
  3. Click the hypertext to open the named dashboard.
You can filter, customize, and analyze the widgets and download the results as CSV, Excel, or JPEG images.

The AiMe Actions Usage dashboard enables you to monitor AI system usage by product feature and user. This dashboard:

  • Displays the top five features and top ten users, with all others grouped into "Other" categories.

  • Presents AiMe Action consumption trends in a stacked area chart over time, with toggles for weekly or monthly views.

  • Offers dynamic usage insights, including average consumption, total usage, and growth rate, all of which update in real time according to selected filters.

  • Supports multi-select filters for both features and users, as well as a date range filter.

Actions Management

You can control AiMe's Overage mode using the AiMe Actions Management screen.

AiMe Actions are billed by volume, which you have negotiated with Conga. When you exceed that volume, you can stop AiMe Actions (saving money) or permit usage to run over (preserving workflow continuity).

Managing Overage Behavior

Control billing and usage if users exceed expected usage limits.

You can control what happens if your users exceed your tenant's AiMe Actions limit.

  1. Access the Advantage Studio.
    • From the Classic interface (Launch your Conga Experience), click Admin Console > Advantage Studio
    • From the Modern interface home page, click your username at bottom left, select Go to Administration from the pop-up menu, and then click Manage in the Advantage Studio tile.
Advantage Studio opens with "Welcome to Advantage Studio".
  2. Click AiMe Actions Management in the Advantage Studio navigation bar.
  3. Click the radio button that works for you.
"Overage Mode Enabled" lets users continue using AiMe Actions when the negotiated limit is exceeded, preserving continuity, but risking charges over the agreed amount. Disabling overage mode means that when your users expend their allotment of AiMe Actions, no further charges are incurred, but no further AiMe Actions are allowed.
Changes to the AiMe Actions Overage Mode parameter go into effect immediately. You do not have to click Save to confirm your selection.

Accessing Conversation Logs

  1. From the Modern interface home page, click your username at bottom left, select Go to Administration from the pop-up menu, then click AiMe Settings and select Assistant Setup.
    The Assistant Setup window opens.
  2. Enter a user name of interest (auto-complete will help after the first three letters), select a beginning and end date, and click Export CSV.
AiMe downloads a zipped comma-separated value (CSV) file.
  3. If your file manager does not automatically download the file or if you want to revisit a download from the preceding seven days, scroll down to Recent Exports and click the Download () button.
AiMe provides a zipped comma-separated value (.csv) file for you to download, unzip, and open with your spreadsheet app.

CSV files are formatted with columns for date and time information, prompts, and responses.
