Approval System Properties Details
This section provides a brief description of all Approval system properties. To access the system properties, navigate to the App Launcher icon () from the top left corner > Shared Apps > Approvals > Approval System Properties.
Configuration | Description |

Suppress Queue Emails | Enable this setting to block email notifications for approval requests assigned to queues instead of individual users. |
Add Approver Enabled | Enable this setting to display the Add Approver button on users' My Approvals page. |
Approver Stepper Style | Enable this setting to choose between Default or Compact view for the left panel in the Preview&Submit and My Approvals pages. The Compact view offers a streamlined display, ideal for multiple assignees per step, while the Default view shows full details without the need to expand. |
Approval Center | Enable this setting to define a list of object names to display in the Approval Center. The first object in the list serves as the default tab if requests for that object exist when you access the dashboard. To see how it appears to the end user, refer to the Approvals Center topic. |
Embedded Preview, My Approvals and Approval Center Pages | Enable this setting to hide the top and left navigation panels when you access embedded views from external platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. This setting applies to links in the Approval Center (for example, Agreement and Product Configuration) and the My Approvals page (for example, Approval Request, Contract, and Contract Clause). When enabled, the pages display in embedded mode, providing a cleaner view without the Conga Platform navigation banners. |
