Smart Highlighting on Page Load
When you open the My Approvals page, the system automatically highlights a request so you can easily find and take action on it. This behavior depends on your role and whether Consolidated Approvals is enabled.
If you are an Admin:
- If any request is assigned or reassigned to you and consolidation is enabled, the page scrolls to and highlights that request.
- If no request is assigned to you, the first request in Assigned status is highlighted.
- The Details and Notes panels display the relevant information for the highlighted request.
If you are not an Admin:
- If any request is assigned or reassigned to you and consolidation is enabled, the page scrolls to and highlights that request.
- If no request is assigned to you, the first request in the list is highlighted.
- The Details and Notes panels display the correct information.
If Consolidated Approvals is not enabled:
- If a request is assigned to you (admin or non-admin), it is highlighted when the page loads.
- If no request is assigned to you, the first request in the list is highlighted.
