Creating Default Cycle Definitions

Contracts for Salesforce Cycle Time Reporting provides several out-of-the-box default cycle definitions for you to use. For more information on cycle definitions, see About Cycle Definitions.

Prerequisites

Follow the steps to enable cycle time reporting.

Create Default Cycle Definitions

1. Navigate to Conga CLM Setup.
2. Click Cycle Time Reporting.
3. Click General.
4. Click Create Default Cycle Definitions.

5. The following definitions are generated if you do not have existing cycle definitions that are identical to the default cycle definitions:

If you have any existing cycle definitions that are identical to the default cycle definitions, only default cycle definitions that do not overlap are created. For example, if you already have the following cycle definitions already created:

When you click Create Cycle Definitions, only the following default cycle definitions are created:

Contracts for Salesforce uses your organization's default business hours set in the Business Hours tab in Salesforce Setup for Cycle Time Reporting. For more information, see Setting up Business Hours.
