Clauses used in generating contracts are stored in the Clause object and grouped by Clause Type. In a later step you will add them to a Clause Bundle, which makes them available for end-users to add to a specific Contract record.
To create Clauses"
- Navigate to the Clauses tab.
- Click New.
- In Clause Name box, type a name. For example: Payment Terms.
- Select the Clause Type from the lookup field.
- Enter the Clause Text in the text field.
- Click Save.
Repeat the steps above for all of your Clauses.
