Creating an Inventory of Non-standard Clauses Report

To create your own clause revision frequency report

1. Build a custom report type  and select Managed Clauses as the Primary Object and Managed Clause Revisions as the Related Object.
2. Create a new report of this custom type and make it a summary report.
3. Drag the Field on which you want to group onto the report (such as Clause).
4. Save your report in the Contracts for Salesforce Report folder.
5. (Optional) Add the chart to your Contracts Dashboard:
6. Navigate to Dashboards.
7. Click Edit.
8. Add the Component you want (such as a Donut Chart).
9. Drag the custom report you created onto the Component.
10. Click Save.
