When trying to open the latest version of a Word document using the Open in Word button on the View Redlines screen, the document does not open.
To fix the issue:
- Ensure all Microsoft Office applications are closed.
- Go to Control Panel > Programs & Features > Microsoft Office > version (for example: Microsoft Office 2016, Microsoft Office 365).
- Above the list of programs you should see options to Uninstall and Change. Click Change.
- Select Quick Repair.
- Click Repair.
- When the procedure completes, close the window.
You should now be able to open Microsoft Office documents with Contracts for Salesforce when Redlining documents.
