Comparing Contract Documents

  • More than one documents exist for the contract.
  • You have permission to view and compare contract documents.
When contracts undergo multiple rounds of negotiation, reviewers need an efficient way to identify changes between document versions. The Compare feature enables users to compare two versions of the same contract directly within CLM application, eliminating the need for external comparison tools. Users can review additions, deletions, and modifications in a single interface and download a comparison report for audit and compliance purposes.

The system analyzes two versions of the same contract and generates a visual representation of the differences between them. The comparison is displayed inline within the browser, allowing users to review modifications without opening an external application.

You select a source version (From Version) and a target version (To Version).
