Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration

Accessing Conga CLM from Dynamics 365

  • You are logged in to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

  • The administrator has configured Conga CLM button in the Sales Hub.

  • The administrator has granted Conga Table Access security role to your user account in Microsoft Power Apps.

  • You have enabled third-party cookies in your browser.

Conga CLM is integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Hub, allowing you to access key contract lifecycle management features without leaving the Microsoft Dynamics environment. This integration provides a unified navigation experience and enables you to work with contracts and related processes directly within the Sales Hub. Using the Conga CLM menu in Microsoft Dynamics 365, you can access the following features:

  • All Contracts

  • All Contract Requests

  • Conga Approvals

  • Obligation Fulfillments

  • Contract Search

  • Contract Dashboards and Reports

  1. Navigate to Sales Hub.
  2. In the navigation menu, under My Work, click Conga CLM.
The Conga CLM embedded interface opens, displaying tiles for contract management features such as contracts, contract requests, approvals, obligations, search, and dashboards.
