Agreement Management

Previewing an Agreement Document

  • You have access to agreement records and agreement documents.
  • An agreement record has associated agreement documents.
  • Documents are uploaded in one of the supported file formats (.doc, docx, .pdf, and .rtf).
Legal professionals and contract managers frequently need to review contract language during analysis, negotiation, or audits. Currently, reviewing document content requires downloading files or opening external applications, which disrupts workflow and consumes time.
The Preview feature allows legal professionals and contract managers to view contract language and documents directly within the application. This enables quick review of document content without downloading files or opening external applications.
Note: The Preview column is hidden by default and must be added manually to list views.
  1. Open an agreement record.
  2. Navigate to Documents > Agreement Documents.
    Note: If the Preview column is not visible, click the Columns Configuration icon () and add the Preview column to the view.
  3. Locate the required document and click Preview link in the Preview column.
    The document opens in an in-browser preview window.
  4. Review the document content.
  5. Close the preview to return to the application.
    Note: You can also preview the document from the Document Versions section.

Legal professionals and contract managers can efficiently preview contract documents directly within the application.
