Supported File Sizes in Lightning

The following table lists the maximum file sizes you can upload for each use case when the Enable Files Comply System Property is enabled:

  • DOCX - 150 MB (with or without Intelligent Discovery)
  • DOCX - 10 MB (with Intelligent Discovery using Conga AI)
    Note:

    Extraction of large files is supported using Conga AI but the files take a long time during data extraction.

  • PDF - 200 MB (with Intelligent Discovery)
  • PDF - 1.8 GB (multiple files and without Intelligent Discovery)
  • PDF - 500 MB (single file and without Intelligent Discovery)
  • PDF - 10 MB (with Intelligent Discovery using Conga AI)
    Note:

    Extraction of large files is supported using Conga AI but the files take a long time during data extraction.

Refer send for review or parallel review supported file size for further processing the imported document.
