New Features

The following features are new to Conga CLM on Conga Platform in this release.

Managing Contract Lifecycle

A contract is a legally binding arrangement between two or more entities. Contract Management (CM) or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is the process of managing contract creation, analysis, execution, and maintenance. Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (Conga CLM) is a cloud-based solution that standardizes, streamlines, and automates the contract lifecycle management process—from the initial request through drafting, redlining, sending for signatures, securing documents, managing obligations, and renewing contracts. The following lifecycle stages are introduced in this release:

  • Creating and viewing contracts

  • Generating contract documents

  • Importing offline contracts and documents

  • Negotiating contracts

  • Sending contracts for review and approval

  • Activating contracts

For more information, see Managing Contract Lifecycle.

Search Contracts

CLM provides basic and advanced search capabilities for finding contracts by defining various search filters.

For more information, see Searching Contracts.

Upload Documents

You can upload a document with a specific document type to a contract.

For more information, see Creating a Contract Document.
