Saving a Consolidated PDF Output to a Content Library Using Conga Batch 8

To save a consolidated PDF output to a Content Library using Conga Batch 8:

  1. Add DefaultPDF=1 to the Conga Batch Formula field.
  2. Add QMode=1 to the Conga Batch formula field. Do not use QMode=Content (QMode=1 normally translates to a downloaded output, but is required to save a consolidated output to Content).
  3. On the Conga Batch record, add a Content Workspace ID and select Consolidated PDF Output File.


  4. Save a consolidated PDF output to a Content Library. Conga Batch must be scheduled See Schedule Conga Batch to Run Automatically.

You must remove references to Content in the Formula field as well because they are referenced on the Conga Batch record. This field is not on the Conga Batch record by default. To add the field, click Edit layout and drag the field onto the Page Layout under the Schedule section.
