Viewing Errors in Conga Batch and Conga Trigger
In Conga Batch and Conga Trigger Release 8, error messages are logged on the Conga Batch Dashboard or Conga Trigger Dashboard.
- Click the appropriate dashboard (custom Salesforce tab) to review batches and individual records.
- Rows listed with Status of failed or Error encountered problems.
- Select a failed batch or Error record in the left pane and then hover on the Error column in the Error List (right pane) to view the specific error message.
