Configuring Composer

Generating Composer Activity Report

You can run activity reports within the Conga Composer Setup menu. These reports demonstrate the total usage and Conga products that are utilized on a summary level and a granular level.
  1. Go to the Conga Composer Setup menu.
  2. Click the Usage Dashboard tab.
  3. Choose a start and end date.
    Note:

    To run today's activity report, select "Today" as the end date.

  4. Click Generate Report.


Conga will then run a comprehensive activity report showing all of your merges within that time frame. You can then analyze the data on a summary level by the user, or look at the raw data containing each individual merge process and the product used. You can also analyze the amount of API used in your org as well as the time, date, and Fail/Success status of each merge.
Note: The Contact Name column supports only ISO-8859-1 or Western European language values. If a Salesforce user name contains values outside the Western European language values, the report displays a question mark (?) instead of the actual user name.
