You can integrate Conga Composer and Twilio SendGrid through the use of an API Key. First, you must obtain an API Key through Twilio SendGrid, and then you must enter the key you generated in Conga Composer. 

Warning:

You must update your authentication method with Twilio SendGrid to API keys exclusively before SendGrid deactivates the functionality on December 9th, 2020 in order to ensure uninterrupted service and improve the security of your account

Obtaining a SendGrid API Key

  • Log in to your Twilio SendGrid account.
  • Follow the steps in Twilio SendGrid's documentation for Creating an API Key
  • Use the API Key you created for the next steps taken in Conga Composer. 

Entering a SendGrid API Key in Conga Composer

To enter your Twilio SendGrid API Key, take the following steps:

  1. Go to Conga Composer Setup.
  2. Under Integration Partners, click Email > SendGrid. 
  3. Enter the SendGrid API Key you created in the SendGrid API Key field, and click Save Credentials
