Conga Composer is available to install from the Salesforce AppExchange.

Prerequisites

  • You must provide System Administrator credentials to install an application from the AppExchange.
  • If upgrading from an earlier version of Conga Composer, read these notes. You might also have to update the button URL for all Conga Composer Release 7 solutions.

During installation, if you see an "Approve Third-Party Access" prompt, please select the Yes, grant access to these third-party web sites check box and click Continue. 

To install Conga Composer

  1. Install Conga Composer into your Salesforce instance by visiting our listing on the AppExchange.
  2. Click Get It Now and follow the on-screen prompts to install Conga Composer.
  3. Log in to the AppExchange.
  4. Specify where you want to install Conga Composer.

    • Click Install in production to install in your production instance.

    • Click Install in sandbox to install in a sandbox.

  5. Read and accept the terms and conditions.

    • Select the I have read and agree to the terms and conditions box.

    • Click Confirm and Install.

  6. As a best practice, and to avoid access issues for end-users Conga recommends selecting Install for All Users. Then click Install.

FOR PAID SUBSCRIBERS ONLY - Email onboarding@conga.com when you have installed Composer to ensure the fastest provisioning of any additional licenses, and our Composer automation products. This step is not necessary if you are trialing Conga products.
