Cause

You receive this error message when illegal characters are used in the Composer button URL.

What To Do

The following illegal characters must be removed from the URL:

• • Spaces
• • & (anywhere other than at the beginning of a parameter)
• • % (percent)
• • | (pipe)
• () (parenthesis)
• " (double quotation marks)
• ' (Apostrophe)
