When designing Conga Word templates, font choice is important. Select a font from the All Fonts list to ensure your font will translate to your merged output file. If you choose a (Heading) or (Body) font style the font might not appear correctly in the merged output file.

When merging a Word doc to a PDF output and using custom .OTF font files (that are both installed locally and to our servers), the output generated by Composer will populate fine, but if you try to print the document on a Mac, the text with the .OTF font file applied will print out blank. If a customer is printing a PDF using custom fonts generated by Composer on a Mac, make sure they are using custom .TTF fonts.
