CSMobile[1-10]

This parameter defines a recipient's mobile number that the SMS authentication passcode is sent to.

Parameter Value: [mobile phone number including the country code]

Parameter Requirements: CSAuth[1-10]=SMS

Parameter Description: CSMobile[1-10] defines a recipient's mobile number that the SMS authentication passcode is sent to. The number must be all numeric and contain the appropriate country code (ex: for the US, the country code is 1).

The country code must be included in the phone number used for this parameter value, or it will result in an error message.

No special characters or text are allowed in the mobile number used for the CSMobile[1-10] parameter value.

Do not add the + symbol for a country code if you are using a static numeric value for the CSMobile[1-10] parameter. Using the + symbol in that scenario will result in an error.

If the mobile number is not provided in the CSMobile[1-10] parameter, it is automatically retrieved from the recipient's Salesforce record (Contact, User, or Lead). Specifically, the number is retrieved from the standard Mobile field in Salesforce.

The Mobile field's value must be in the following format:

• Full E.164 format, which includes the '+' and the country code (ex: US mobile number: +13036669999)
