Parameter Prerequisites: You must enable the UserOverrideEnabled flag into your DocuSign Account. Click here for more information on how to enable this flag.
Parameter Requirements: Automatic DocuSign delivery through the API using &DS7=17 or &QMode=DocuSign
Parameter Description: DocuSignSendAsUserId specifies a User Id from which DocuSign Envelopes are sent. This setting only applies if an individual user does not have credentials specified on his or her User record. The user without credentials can use the Send On Behalf Of feature and use a different user's credentials.

To enable UserOverrideEnabled flag
Log In to your DocuSign Account on the DocuSign website.
Go to the Settings tab.
Click the Reminders and Expiration option.
Check Allow senders to override account defaults checkbox.
