Ending a Review Cycle

Once your document is reviewed and approved, the next step is to end the review cycled. If you've started a review and no longer want to continue the review process you can also cancel a review.

  1. Navigate to your agreement object. For example, Contract Agreement.
  2. From the left menu dropdown arrow, click on the button you created. For example, Document Collaborators (Delegate) or Document Collaborators (Client Credentials).

  3. Go to Overview > Active Review Cycles

  4. Under Review Cycles, locate the review you want to end. Under Actions, select End Review from the dropdown.
  5. Click Confirm
    Note:

    • You can also click on the individual document's name in the Overview > Active Review Cycles to access the End Review button

    • Only user who has edit access to file can upload a new version of document and end the review. This is a Salesforce limitation.
