Ending a Review Cycle

Viewing Review Cycle Document Versions

At the end of a Review Cycle, a document's version number is added to the Office 365 Document Collaboration widget with link to download that specific version. Each version number of the document is available to review and compare, allowing users to more easily track comments.
  1. Navigate to your agreement object. For example, navigate to a contract agreement.
  2. Under the Office 365 Document Collaboration widget, locate your Review Cycle. The version number with the download link is located in the Final Content Version column.
