Adding a Locale to a View Redlines button

View Redlines supports parsing and Truing-Up numbers if a locale parameter is included in the View Redlines button with the value of the locale. The following is an example of a locale parameter with a value for France:

&locale= fr_FR

To add a locale parameter to a View Redlines button

  1. Follow the steps to Add View Redlines Button to Standard or Custom Objects if one does not already exist.
  2. Within the button, click Edit.
  3. Add the locale parameter to the Button or Link URL field. See the Contracts for Salesforce Supported Locales section below for a full list of all supported parameters. The following is an example of the locale for France added to the button URL:


  4. Click Save.
