Allowing Saving Unknown Changes

The Manage Unknown Changes option in CLM Setup allows you to enable or disable the Save Unknown Changes feature during True-Up.

The Save Unknown Changes feature allows you to save the detected unknown changes in your document during the True-Up Process, updates the document and creates a managed clause based on the clause, or updates the field you select, and prompts an alert if changes are not saved before navigating away.

  • This feature is currently available only for generated documents or those with existing fields or clauses.

  • This feature does not apply to uploaded documents.

  1. Navigate to Conga CLM Setup.
  2. Under the Conga CLM Menu on the left, click Manage Unknown Changes.
  3. Change the toggle to Enabled.
You can now Save Unknown Changes during the True-Up process.
