Deactivating a Clause Bundle

  1. Navigate to the Clause Bundles tab. You can navigate to this tab from within the Clause Library, or from the Select Clause Bundle screen from an Agreement.
  2. Click the name of the Clause Bundle from the Clause Bundles list on the left. You will see only only the active clause count on this page instead of the total clause count.
  3. Click on the Details tab to view Clause Bundle Details.
  4. Click the Inactive checkbox to make a Clause Bundle inactive. A yellow warning message displays confirming that the clause is inactive.
Note: The inactive checkbox is also available when you are creating a new Clause Type. Even if a Clause Bundle is active, only the active clauses and subclauses will be used to create managed subclauses or subclauses when you are creating a managed clause through the Select Clause Bundle page or a Conga Orchestrate automation.
Once a Clause Bundle is inactive, it is still viewable in the Clause Library but you can no longer add it to a contract agreement. Side navigation will also display an inactive icon for all inactive records. Unchecking the inactive checkbox will make the Clause Bundle active again. You can still run reports and queries on inactive Clause Bundles.
