Create Obligations
- Navigate to the Obligations tab in the Clause Library.
- Click New.
- In the Obligation Title box, enter a name for your obligation. This is a required field.
- Optionally, perform the following actions:
- Select a Type
- Select a Risk Rating
- Enter an Amount
- Check Inactive if you want the Obligation to be Inactive. Leave the box unchecked if you want this to be an Active Obligation.
- Enter a Description
- Click Save.
