Migration Utility for the Clause Library
The Migration Utility features allow you to migrate their Clause Library objects from one Salesforce Org to another. When you use the migration utility feature, external ids are added to the following objects to allow import and export capability:
- Clause Bundle
- Clause Type
- Clause Category
- Clause
- Bundled Clause
- Clause Configuration
- Sub Clause
- Alternate Clause
- Clause Approver
- Approval Step
Warning: This feature supports importing or exporting up to 5,000 records. If you import or export more than 5,000 records, a warning message displays. This warning does not block the attempt, but proceeding may result in an error and failure to import or export. Administrators and implementation teams are advised to use external tools such as Data Loader or Workbench for handling large data volumes.
