Redline AI

Viewing Items at Risk

Your Contracts for Salesforce administrator has enabled Redline AI and granted you access.
The Items at Risk tab provides a list of all risks detected with for your modified clauses. In addition, mitigation guidance is provided as well as actions you can take.
  1. Go to a document.
  2. Click Contract AI for Documents in the Actions dropdown menu.
  3. Click Launch Redline AI.
  4. Click Items at Risk.
    You can see the risks detected in your documents (ranked from Low, to Medium, to High), the standard clause, and guidance on how to mitigate the detected risk.
  5. Select an action for each risk detected:

    • Revert to Standard: this reverts the clause back to the Standard or fallback clause.

    • Keep: keeps the clause the same with no changes.

    • Modify: allows you to enter modifications to the clause.

    When you click Done, the risk item is moved from the Items at Risk tab to the Items to be Published tab.
