Contracts for Salesforce

Redline AI

Viewing Items to Be Published

  • Your Contracts for Salesforce administrator has enabled Redline AI and granted you access.

  • You have taken actions on items in the Items at Risk tab.

After you have acted on items in the Items at Risk tab, you can further review or publish them under the Items to be Published tab.
  1. Go to a document.
  2. Click Contract AI for Documents in the Actions dropdown menu.
  3. Click Launch Redline AI.
  4. Click the Items to be Published tab.
  5. If you have taken an action on items in the Items at Risk tab, they are now listed here.
  6. Click Undo to undo any changes you made, or click Edit to make further changes.
  7. Click Preview to survey your document with all changes incorporated. A download option enables you to download the preview. This is only available if your document was changed.
  8. Click Publish to publish all your changes and update the document. Once publication is complete, a new version of the document is attached to the contract with all of the changes you made saved into the document. This is only available if your document was changed.
    Note:

    • Managed Clauses are not updated using this functionality. Managed Clauses are only be updated through the True-Up process.

    • If multiple risks are identified for one clause, you can select actions for each of those risks but Revert to Standard will have priority. If you choose Revert to Standard, then the other actions you selected are discarded abd the clause will revert back to standard after you publish.

    • Once a Managed Clause becomes non-standard, even if we revert back to standard clause through Redline AI, the document text will display the standard clause text but the 'is standard' checkbox will not be reverted back to checked.

You can now True-Up and handle the modifications in document. After saving the document, it will display in the Managed Clause rich text field and a new version will be created with the source "Redline AI".
