Additional Names

Editing an Additional Company Name

A user with the appropriate permissions can edit the information for an additional company name. The primary name for a company is edited from the Company Profile screen.

  1. Open the Company Profile for the company whose additional name needs to be edited.
  2. In the Links section of the Company Profile, click the Additional Names link.
  3. In the Additional Names browse screen, locate the company name you want to edit, and click on it to select it.
  4. In the Additional Name Profile, click inside any field to enable it.
    • Type over the existing information in a field, or make a different selection in the Additional Name Type list.
  5. Click Save.
