Person Profile - Company Contact
The Person Profile holds all the contact information for a person associated with a company, along with the functions they can perform in Conga Contracts.
Open the Person Profile from the Person browse screen in your Tools menu, or the People browse screen in a Company Profile.
Data fields | Review the information captured for the company contact, including their physical address, email address, contact numbers, and the function(s) they hold in Conga Contracts. |
Edit Person button | Click to edit the company contact's information. |
Delete Person button | Click to delete the Profile for the company contact. |
Add Person button | Click to add another contact person to the company. |
View History button | Click review a history of the changes made to the company contact's information. |
Browse People button | Click to return to the People (or Person) browse screen. |
