Editing and Deleting Additional Parties to a Contract
You can easily edit the information for an additional party to a contract, as well as remove an additional party from a Contract Profile.
Editing Information for an Additional Party to a Contract
- Open the Contract Profile whose additional party information needs to be edited.
- In the Contract Profile screen, click v in the Additional Parties header to display the section (if it is not already displayed).
- When the section refreshes, locate the additional party whose information you want to edit, and click on the record to select it.
- When the section display its fields in edit mode, update the information in the fields and lists, as needed.
- Click Save.
Removing an Additional Party from a Contract Profile
- Open the Contract Profile whose additional party information needs to be deleted.
- In the Contract Profile screen, click v in the Additional Parties header to display the section (if it is not already displayed).
- When the section refreshes, locate the additional party you want to delete, and click its - icon.
- In the Delete Party confirmation prompt, click Yes.
