Payments Screen
The Payments feature is used to track the exchange of money in accordance with the terms of a contract. Payments recorded in the Payments browse screen in a Contract Profile can be for monies received by your company for providing goods or services, or to track monies paid by your company for receiving goods or services.
To access the browse screen, open a Contract Profile.
Payments link | Click display the Payments browse screen. |
Payment Stream | Locate a payment stream, whose name appears in a gray header. Each payment stream lists the individual records in the stream, and is expanded by default. |
Payment records | Review the payment records in a payment stream. A payment record captures invoice and payment information, and any notes recorded for the payment. |
Edit Payment icon | Click the edit icon to edit the payment stream. |
Delete Payment icon | Click the delete icon to delete the payment stream. |
Payment Forecasting icon | Click the calculator icon to review, generate, or edit a payment forecast for the payment stream. |
Add Stream button | Click to add a new payment stream. |
View Forecast button | Click to review payment forecasts for all payments streams. |
Sort option | To sort the information in a column in ascending or descending order, click (toggle) on the column heading. |
Column display | To customize the information in a browse screen, hover over a column heading until the column icon displays, and click on it to open the Sort/Column menu. Click Columns to display a list of available fields, and select the fields you want displayed by clicking in the check box to the left of the field. |
