No data displays in the portlet.

No data displays in the portlet.
Solution and/or Cause
Clear the screen state by clicking in an area of the screen to "activate" it. Simultaneously hold down the CTRL+ALT+C keys on your keyboard, and release. Follow the onscreen prompts. Note: When applying this fix in the Dashboard, all portlets will be removed.
The Search Query portlet displays no data until you load a query by clicking the icon in the portlet header and
following the onscreen prompts. Similarly, the Charting portlet displays no charts
until you click the
icon and follow the onscreen prompts, which include
selecting a chart type and loading a search query.
