Changing the selection in the Status list in a browse screen does not update the records in the All Contracts, All Companies, My Requests, My Approvals, Person, and Users screens.

Question or Problem

Changing the selection in the Status list in a browse screen does not update the records in the All Contracts, All Companies, My Requests, My Approvals, Person, and Users screens.

Solution and/or Cause

Clear the screen state by clicking in an area of the screen to "activate" it. Simultaneously hold down the CTRL+ALT+C keys on your keyboard, and release. Follow the onscreen prompts.
