Enabling Clause Library Group Security

To enable the Clause Library Group Security feature, take the following steps:

1. From the Administrator Navigation Toolbar, go to to the Gear Icon and click System Settings.
2. Click Clause Group Security in the menu to the left.
3. Check the Enable Clause Group checkbox.
4. Enter a name for your Default Clause Group. By default, all existing clauses in the system are assigned to this clause group.
5. (Optional) Check the Assign Default Clause Group to all user roles if you want all your existing users to have access to clause groups and clauses.
