Existing global messages are listed in the Global Messages screen where they can be reviewed and managed. Since there are three categories of global messages, each message appears under the Alert, Information, or Warning heading to indicate the importance of the message and its level of distribution.

  1. Click the Gear Icon in the Navigation Toolbar, and click the Global Messaging link in the menu.
  2. In the Global Messages screen, locate the category for the message (Alert, Information, or Warning).
  3. In the category, locate the message, which is listed alphabetically by the subject of the message.
  4. Click the message record to display a screen whose name reflects the subject of the message and where you can edit or delete the message.
