You need the the System Settings Admin permission to define the platform settings that integrate Conga Contracts with Salesforce, which is a customer relationship management (CRM) product. From Salesforce, your salespeople can submit contract requests directly to Conga Contracts for review and acceptance. Once a Salesforce request is approved in Conga Contracts, a Company Profile and/or Contract Profile is created and any documents included in the request are added to the Contract Profile where they can be negotiated, revised, and signed electronically to produce a legally binding contract. The final contract is then managed in Conga Contracts using event alerts for renewals, payments, and product updates, as well as performance and quality evaluations using scorecards, clause revisions using document packages, and other contract-related activities.
