When Conga Orchestrate is up and running, you must define your Processes and add Steps to them. At each Step, a Task is created.

When Conga Orchestrate is up and running, you must create Definitions and add Steps to them. At each Step, a Task is created. For example, when initiated on a Contact, a Definition automatically creates Tasks as previous Tasks are completed, reflecting the flow of a real-world process.
