Viewing Favorites on Modern UI
- You have access to CPQ Modern UI. See Switch between Classic UI and Modern UI.
- You have raised a CloudOps ticket to enable a feature flag for Favorite feature.
On the Modern UI, all favourites are displayed in a table that includes details such as Name, Scope (Public or Private), Created Date, and Description. You can customise the table by adding or removing custom fields and out-of-the-box fields to display additional information. Click a favourite to view its details. Private favourites are visible only to the creator and administrators.
You can perform the following operations on this page:
- Use the search and filter feature to narrow down the list.
- Export the data in Excel or CSV format.
- Add or remove columns as required.
