You can configure flows to override global settings. Flow settings are required so that appropriate pages are loaded for various sections (such as Catalog, Configuration, Cart, and Asset).

Navigating the Flow Settings Page

When you launch the flow settings, the Flow Settings page is displayed. All the existing flows are listed on this page with their details. There are various functionalities available for you to manage the flows.

Flow Search

Search for the flow to narrow down the flow list using the Search this list box. Enter a keyword related to your flow details such as flow name. Search this list box returns all the flows that contain that keyword in the flow details.

Actions available on this page

  • Click Create New to create a new flow.
  • Click the ellipsis icon to edit or delete an existing flow.
  • Click the flow name link to open the flow details page where you can define override settings.

Items per page

At the bottom of the page, you can see the total count of flows available. You can control the number of flows to be displayed on each page. You can select the number of flows from a predefined list. You cannot configure this list. By default, you see 20 records on each page.

By default, you can sort 10, 20, 30, 50, and 100 flows per page using the Rows per page drop-down. This feature works in association with the search and filter functions to display search records per page. You can use the < and > buttons to move to the next or the previous pages. You can also jump to a certain page using the page search component.
