When you encounter an issue requiring support, you will be asked to provide a URL to access your solution and instance. The Debug URL will produce a URL that you can send to support that will allow them to access your solution without having to request access.
In order to reference a Salesforce field in Conga Composer, a user must have permission (read/visible access at minimum) within Salesforce to access that field. If a user has access to a field, but that access is later removed, the Conga template may not be able to access that field on the user's behalf. We recommend uploading a new version of the template to force the re-discovery of fields for all users.
Customers may have to move from one Salesforce instance to another (e.g. if their company is acquired, if they’re merging Salesforce instances) and need their Conga Composer, Conga Batch, Conga Trigger, and/or Conga Courier subscription(s) to move with them.
When designing Conga Word templates, font choice is important. Select a font from the All Fonts list to ensure your font will translate to your merged output file. If you choose a (Heading) or (Body) font style the font might not appear correctly in the merged output file.
