The following table lists the issues resolved in this release.

Case NumberApttus Internal IDDescription
NAESIGN-137

When all the Adobe Sign permissions including Adobe Sign Administration were assigned to the platform license users, the users were unable to send the agreement document for eSignature. This behavior was observed as the opportunity field was copied from the Opportunity object to the agreement on sending a document for eSignature and the platform license users did not have access to the Opportunity object.

Resolution: You can use the APTS_DoNotCopyOpportunityToAdobeAgreement property to configure whether to copy the opportunity field from the Opportunity object to the agreement on sending a document for eSignature using Adobe Sign. If the property is set to true, the opportunity field is not copied to the agreement and the platform license users can send the agreement document for eSignature. If this property is not configured or set to false, the opportunity field is copied to the agreement and the platform license users cannot send the agreement document for eSignature.

The agreement status did not change to Fully Signed even after all the recipients had eSigned the agreement document as the value of Update Related Agreements field was set to true in Apttus-Adobe eSignature Properties Custom Setting.
