Approvals for Conga Platform offers these new features for February '24.
User interface elements in the My Approvals page have been enhanced to facilitate bulk approvals.
The business record’s overall approval status (containing the approval status of the context object (cart, contract, etc.)) is displayed on the My Approvals page.
When consolidation is enabled at the process level, approval steps assigned to the same person are grouped so that approving one request acts on all consolidated assigned requests. When a single action (approval, rejection) affects multiple consolidated requests, the user is notified.
Users can set up time-based (hours or days) escalation workflows that email the escalated user to act on an approval request for their assignee.
Key metadata fields (Object Name (Quote name), Business Object (ID), Approval Status, Comments, Account, Quote Number) displayed based on the context record.
