Issues Resolved

• A non-administrator Sender of a Conga Sign Transaction can successfully cancel their own transaction when they are assigned the necessary documented permissions for standard users. Previously, a non-administrator Sender of a Conga Sign Transaction could not successfully cancel a transaction, despite having the necessary documented permissions for standard users.
